1. Admission Confirmation
Students are required to review the complete syllabus and attend the demo class before taking admission.
Once the admission is confirmed, it will be deemed that the student has understood and accepted the course content, teaching methodology, and structure.
2. Refund Policy
After admission is confirmed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Students must ensure they are fully satisfied with the course details before making the final payment.
3. Course Access
Upon admission, students will receive access to course materials, live/recorded classes, and student support.
Sharing, reselling, or misusing access credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate cancellation without any refund.
4. Class Recordings & Intellectual Property
All study materials, including class recordings, notes, and resources, are the intellectual property of DROP Organization.
Recording, copying, selling, or distributing these materials to third parties is strictly illegal and will result in legal action.
Students may only use provided content for personal learning purposes.
5. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and respectful behaviour during live sessions.
Misuse of the platform, including spamming, abusive language, or harassment, will result in termination of access without refund.
6. Legal Notice
By completing the admission process and payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Intellectual Property Rules.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Durgapur, India.
7. EMI Policy
Free items such as hacker pendrives, books, certifications, and direct support will be provided only after full EMI completion. No free materials or special offers are applicable during an active EMI period. Students may choose bank finance to enable full upfront payment.
